Our teachers are professionals, who are disciplined, always enthusiastic, and passionate about imparting a child(ren).
Some qualities of a good teacher include skills in communication, listening, collaboration, adaptability, empathy and patience. Other characteristics of effective teaching include an engaging classroom presence, value in real-world learning, exchange of best practices and lifelong love of learning and we have all this inculcated into our teachers. Our teachers are disciplined and professional and are always enthusiastic and passionate about impacting a child. We have qualified and experienced teachers in different field of work such as in education, linguistics engineering, phonics, etc.………
What does it mean to be a great teacher? Of course, credentials, knowledge, critical thinking, and all other faculties of intelligence are important. However, a great teacher should be much more than credentials, experience and intelligence.
WHAT LIES IN THE HEART OF A GREAT TEACHER?
You Are Kind: A great teacher shows kindness to students, colleagues, parents, and those around him or her. Kindness makes the world go round, it also changes the environment in the classroom and school. Being a kind teacher helps students feel welcomed, cared for and loved.
You Are Compassionate: Teaching is a very humanistic profession, and compassion is the utmost feeling of understanding and showing others you are concerned about them. A compassionate teacher models that characteristic to the students with his or her actions, and as a result students will be opened to understanding the world around them.
You Are Empathetic: Empathy is an important trait to have and to try to develop in ourselves and our students. Being able to put yourself in someone’s shoes and see things from their perspective can have a powerful impact on our decisions and actions.
You Are Positive: Being a positive person is not an easy task. Being a positive teacher is even harder when we are always met with problems with very limited solutions.
However, staying positive when it is tough can have a tremendous positive impact on the students and everyone around us. Looking on the bright side can always seem to help make things better.
You Are a builder: A great teacher bridges the gaps and builds relationships and a community. Teachers always look to make things better and improve things in and outside of the classroom. Building a community is something a great teacher seeks to do in the classroom and extends that to the entire school and its community.

At Coach Masters Arena, we make learning fun for our students because research shows that having fun while learning avails unique cognitive resources, associates reward and pleasure with information, strengthen and broaden memory networks, and toggle between 2 basic neural modes. One for diffused mind wandering and the other for focused attention.

FAST SUPPORT

Student support and assistance component means the delivery of academic assistance and coordination of support services to students who are eligible for educational alternative programs.
What is the best way to support a student?
Here at CMA, we maintain and encourage a positive outlook, and focus on giving our best.
We provide opportunities for small successes and then celebrate them.
We give assignments and tasks in small manageable chunks and acknowledge the student’s feelings and experiences.
What support do we provide to students?
We motivate them to participate and focus, and even bring introverted students out of their shells.
A great teacher can get students reading, inspire a passion for languages, make math or science fun, and turn history lessons into fun and exciting stories.
